Delegate

Delegate is a team task management application. Founded on the principles of simplicity, mobile first, and value add features, Delegate does what every other premium team productivity tool can’t by doing what they won’t/can’t, eliminating the features.

In research, I found that people were willing to accept inconvenience, inefficiency and a poor user experience to avoid the grossly over complicated and time wasting that comes with large tools like JIRA and Basecamp.

At the same time, all the features that these players hope to mimic and absorb become hollow variations of other tools that provide these feature exclusive (i.e. dropbox, email, chat, etc.).
